The Wellness Pathway to Recovery is a comprehensive four-month curriculum designed to guide participants through the process of personal recovery and empowerment. It integrates wellness techniques, personal reflection, and a holistic approach to mental, physical, and spiritual health. The program emphasizes women’s empowerment by encouraging participants to take control of their wellness journey and build resilience as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges.
Meet every Wednesday at 9:30am, walk the farm together with movement and hydrate after. This will be followed with the group meeting from 10:30-11:30am

Grandparents this group is for you! If you are the primary caregiver to your grandchild, we'd like to help you navigate this parenting role today. Come join us on the farm, and if you'd like bring your grandchildren, we will have childcare available!

The group will focus on shared parent–child activities. Some ideas include:
A scavenger hunt to find different farm animals and equipment, with time to learn a bit about each
A nature scavenger hunt (rocks, sticks, leaves, etc.) followed by an art pr

The group will focus on shared parent–child activities. Some ideas include:
A scavenger hunt to find different farm animals and equipment, with time to learn a bit about each
A nature scavenger hunt (rocks, sticks, leaves, etc.) followed by an art project
Painting flowerpots and planting something together
Additional hands‑on activities as the season progresses
This will be followed by an animal care workshop at 12pm where parents and kids will get to learn about animal care on the farm with the wide range of animals.
Toward the end of the season, we will host a family picnic where participants could bring their favorite blanket, and we would provide boxed lunches. We also will partner with a photographer who will join us to take family photos on their blankets for this event.
